I have put in some arbitrary numbers to show how the columns are laid out. If nothing is entered, it will use the calculators as a default. Add any body fat percentage that you got from an outside source to the "Body Fat Override" column.

If you wish to use manual entries for you body fat level that were acquired from outside sources (a smart scale for example), you can do that to.

If you choose to simply update the chart with the weight, the formulas will use the last recorded body fat percentage. If you don't have all of the measurements recorded that are needed for the override, the specific cell(s) will highlight until they are filled. I thought this would be useful if you want to measure all/most of the sites to see how you've progressed but still stick with a different measurement calculator. Next to this column is an override column that lets you override the default calculator.

Based on the inputs you enter into the measurement columns, it will auto-detect which formula to use. Off to the right of the columns, is a column labeled "Default BF Calculator Used". If you would like more information on a particular calculator, I put a hyperlink next to the drop down that auto-updates to some sites with more info. Admittedly, that's all this does and isn't really needed if you know what columns to use. There is a drop down near the top of the sheet, that when you select a formula, will highlight the needed columns. To use the formulas, simply measure the required spot on your body and enter in the value into the corresponding column. There are 7 calculators built into this spreadsheet that can be selected. Simply put, this is where you keep track of you body stats. Failure to do so will link the spreadsheet back to the shared read-only copy and not yours*** In order for those to work correctly for your copy of the spreadsheet, you will have to follow the directions on the instructions sheet. ***There are hyperlinks throughout the spreadsheet that links to specific cell/locations inside the spreadsheet. There is an instructions sheet built into the spreadsheet, but I'll briefly go over each tab as well. I made this to go along with my workout plan, and so the calorie goal will update based on how your body changes. This spreadsheet works by letting you set a weekly or daily macro goal, weekly or daily calorie goal (in case you decide to deviate from the suggested), a daily/weekly food planner, a database to keep your food, as well as a database for custom recipes.

I have no issues sharing this spreadsheet for personal use, but please refrain from using it for professional use. I will not share access to the shared version you will need to download your own copy. There is a hyperlink on the Instructions page labeled "Follow this hyperlink to create a copy to your personal drive" that will add a copy to your personal drive account. If you want to edit it, you have to add it to your personal drive first.
